Our clients need trusted, in-house tax expertise—someone who can prepare returns, offer proactive tax strategies, and integrate planning with the rest of their wealth management journey. CPAs in traditional firms are buried in hundreds of returns each year and don’t have the bandwidth to go deep with clients. We want to change that.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who wants to transition from the tax-return grind to a role where you’ll:
- Work with a limited number of clients, creating meaningful impact rather than sheer volume.
- Provide both tax preparation and tax consulting, in partnership with our advisors.

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good standing.
- A heart to serve clients through deeper, high-touch tax planning, not just compliance.
- Strong knowledge of individual and business tax law, with the ability to navigate complex wealth situations.
